The full deposit can be refunded once the boat is returned and checked back in. It should be in the same condition as when it left, including all provided equipment and full tank of gas, unless otherwise noted. Upon return, customers will call/text me in order for me to meet them at the fuel dock when ready to refuel and return the boat. ***FUEL IS SEPARATE*** (but can be charged to the card saved on file). The boats are rented out in either 4 hr or 8 hr intervals. There is no refund if cancellation is within 24 hrs of the scheduled date. We are not responsible for cancellation of reservations due to weather conditions. If you need to reschedule, please give me a call, text or email at least 48 hrs in advance.

**Towing or pulling innertubes and/or skiers, etc. is NOT allowed with rentals. *

*Pets are only allowed on specified boats for an additional fee of $35/each pet.

You must be 25 yrs or older to operate a pontoon boat and at least 18 yrs old to rent a kayak or canoe. We will need to make a copy of the renter’s license along with anyone else that will be driving & the boat will have on it already, the life jackets, an anchor, paddle, bimini top, ladder, fire extinguisher & whistle. Children under 13 yrs old are required (BY LAW) to wear a life jacket AT ALL TIMES when they are in the boat, whether it’s moving or not.
